Visual Snow Warrior of the Week – Giulia Sale

Spotlight on: Giulia Sale ???? @giuliayoga_

“Hello everyone! My name is Giulia and I have been dealing with VSS for 1 year now. I can’t lie, it has been extremely hard! However, I don’t want to spread too much negativity, so I have to say that I see VSS as a way for me to get back on track!

Because of my symptoms, I started doing yoga again, I picked up a few passions, I started appreciating the act of mindfulness and meditation. I also started eating healthy and working on my diet. I believe the most important action that I have taken is getting rid of negative people around me and surrounding myself with understanding and loving individuals!

My symptoms and anxiety are getting definitely better, especially through mindfulness and diet which I really suggest for everyone! I used to have at least 3 panic attacks per day, I was afraid to go outside and now I barely get anxious anymore!

I want to help and listen to all of you, which is why I have been studying Yoga, nutrition and mindfulness. I will be giving free meditation sessions on Instagram, and very affordable meditation sessions online and in person. Please contact me here: @giuliayoga_ to know more, or just to have a chat! 🙂

We’ve got this!”
